Frucor Suntory wins gold at Transform Awards

Frucor Suntory has taken out the top award for a corporate rebrand at this year’s Asia-Pacific Transform Awards.

The Transform Awards celebrate the best in corporate, product and global brand development work across the Asia-Pacific region – and Frucor Suntory was one of only two Australasian gold award winners.

Entries were judged by a panel of 22 in-house industry experts from a range of sectors and organisations such as UberEATS, IBM, Greenpeace and Mattel.

Frucor Suntory and Auckland’s Voice brand agency won gold for the ‘best corporate rebrand following a merger or an acquisition’. Judges said the work showcases the importance of audience outreach, and how naming and localised identities remain a critical component of brand work.

Andrew Thomas, founder and publishing editor of Transform magazine, said it was a pleasure to see so many unique and expressive brand projects take centre stage.

“Tonight’s winners not only prove that hard work pays off, but also that celebrating their efforts and engaging with contemporaries remains an important aspect of the industry.”
