When do I need to place my order?
There are two ways to place an order – with your sales rep while in store or using our Online Store. Place your order according to the next order day advised at the top of your screen after login. Online store customers: we can help by sending you a reminder email the day before you need to place an order. To receive this reminder contact us to let us know.
Can I change my order once it is submitted?
If you’d like to make a change to an order, whether you placed it with a Sales Rep or Online, please contact us.
How do I know you have received my order if I place it online?
An order confirmation will be sent direct to your email. Please contact us if you do not receive this confirmation or are concerned for some other reason that we did not receive your order.
How often can I order?
Our ordering and delivery schedules are set up as a part of joining you up as a customer of Frucor. While you can place multiple orders in a week ultimately the delivery day depends on the scheduled delivery to your area. Most often this is at least weekly.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Our minimum order requirement is 3 cases or an order total of $100 or more.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately we would not be able to cancel your order once the order has been dispatched.
How can I view the product range in the Online Store?
Sign into the Online Store (NZ/AU). From the menu bar at the top navigate to the category you are looking for. Not registered for online ordering? Click Here to register for online access.
How do I pay for my order?
Your payment terms are as agreed with Frucor – Credit Terms or Cash on Delivery. For any questions regarding payment please contact us.
What is my login/user name for the Online Store?
Your login/user name is your email address that you provided on signing up to the Online Store. You will have received a Welcome email to your registered email address initially. If you want to double check you can contact us and we will be able to assist you.
