Can I change my order?

How do I cancel my order?
We try our best to provide what you need, however depending on the status of the order it may not be possible to cancel the delivery. Give us a call or email if you do wish to cancel an order that you’ve placed.

Urgent delivery
Our delivery cycle hasn’t changed, so your order will be delivered according to your regular delivery day and cycle. If your delivery is urgent please contact Frucor Customer Services on 0800 502 929 or email frucor.salessupport@frucor.com.

Can I change my personal or company details?

How do I reset my password?
You can change your password using your registered emailed address and requesting a new password at https://sales.frucor.com.au/login (Australia) or https://sales.frucor.co.nz/login (New Zealand)

When will I receive my order?
We deliver according to your regular delivery schedule, with a 4am cut-off for our delivery routing. Talk to your Frucor Territory Manager or our Customer Service team if you need further information on your delivery day.

How do I pay for my order?
Your online order is currently set up for Payment on Delivery. You can pay by EFTPOS, CREDIT CARD or CASH to the driver at time of delivery.
