Frucor Suntory believes investing in its people is good for their culture and business success.
So much so that for the last year, the company’s Capability team has run multiple workshops with its people leaders.
These workshops are part of Frucor Suntory’s Managers Basics suite of learning and includes topics like Leading for Change, Presenting with Impact and Coaching for Performance.
Frucor Suntory Learning & Development Consultant, Illaina Darvill says the courses are all about equipping people leaders from all areas of the business with the tools to coach and nurture talent in their teams – and their own.
“These leadership workshops have been designed to boost the confidence of our people leaders and give them the tools, frameworks and knowledge to have powerful conversations with their teams.
“The response the series has received has been incredible – we now plan to host the sessions monthly.”
People leaders are required to complete pre-work before attending the workshops – and post-work to help put what they’ve learnt into practice.
